a. What is the Shopee Commission Fee?
Starting October 24, 2023, the Shopee Marketplace Commission Fee will be charged to local Marketplace sellers who have been selling on Shopee for more than 120 days, which starts from the day of the seller's first product listing on the Shopee platform. The commission fee will only be incurred on day 121.
The Shopee commission fee is an additional fee chargeable on completed orders. Completed orders refer to total paid orders that have been delivered to and accepted by the buyers. This excludes canceled or returned/refunded orders, and orders pending buyers to receive and accept delivery. Total completed orders can be viewed via Order > My Orders > Completed on Shopee Seller Centre.
b. How much is the Shopee Commission Fee?
Shopee’s commission fee for all local marketplace sellers in 2024 differ according to the cluster, category and sub-category of an SKU sold on Shopee, ranging between 0.00% to 4.24% (including 6% SST) of the product selling price.

2. Shopee Transaction Fee 2024
a. What is the Shopee Transaction Fee?
All local Marketplace sellers (Non-Shopee Mall sellers) and Mall sellers are charged Transaction Fees to cover payment gateway fees that apply to all online transactions conducted by the service providers (such as credit or debit card) after the Buyers’ successful orders.
b. How much is the Shopee Transaction Fee?
Shopee's Transaction Fee in 2024 is calculated as 2.12% (inclusive of 6% SST tax) of the final order amount paid by Buyer before Shopee Sponsored Discounts, rounded up to 2 decimal places. Shopee will deduct the Transaction Fee automatically from Sellers' payout when an order is completed.
c. Shopee Transaction Fee Calculation
Transaction Fee = 2.12% x Buyer Paid Amount Before Shopee Sponsored Discounts (Product Original Selling Price - Seller Sponsored Discounts + Shipping Fee Paid by Buyer)
Example calculation:
Original merchandise price is RM1201. Shopee's item rebate of RM100 sets the current merchandise price as RM20.00
Buyer uses Seller's sponsored voucher of RM1 off. Buyer pays RM4.90 for shipping.
d. Where can I check the Transaction Fees charged on my orders?
Sellers will be able to check the Transaction Fees charged on the completed orders from the tax invoices. Log into your Shopee Seller Centre and head over to My Income > My Tax Invoices to check the Shopee transaction fees.

a. What is the Shopee Service Fee?
Shopee Marketplace (Non-Shopee Mall) and Mall Sellers who opt-in for the Free Shipping Programme or the Coins Cashback Programme are required to pay service fees, regardless of whether the Free Shipping Voucher or 10% Cashback Voucher has been utilized by buyers. Service fees are subject to 6% SST.
