Starting from March 19, Shopee will Support Returns within 15 Days of Purchase

According to reports, Shopee will begin implementing a new return policy - "change of mind" (COM) returns - on March 19. This new policy will apply to all products on the platform, except for certain categories of products.
A COM return is when someone wants to return an item they purchased, for no particular reason other than because they no longer need the item.
Prior to this, Shopee only allowed buyers to return items due to change of mind if the seller agreed or the item was a mall product that met the conditions for such returns. After the policy is implemented, buyers only need to select "change of mind" as the reason for return.
But exceptions to the policy include perishable items such as food, digital products such as coupons and tickets, underwear, baby clothing, cameras, drones, smartphones, computers, health products and certain household and kitchen appliances.
In most cases, the platform will bear the return shipping costs for the buyer. The initial shipping fee paid for the order will also be refunded as long as the return involves all products in the order and the return request is approved.
Returns from mall sellers will be reviewed by the company itself, and returns from non-mall sellers will be returned directly to the seller.
