On May 24, TikTok Shop released the latest news, raising the free shipping threshold to US$30 from now on.
It is reported that for orders using TikTok Shipping, TikTok Shop will provide full free shipping services to first-time customers, while for repeat customers, free shipping will only be provided when the purchase in the same store reaches more than US$30.
For orders shipped by sellers themselves, TikTok Shop will only provide free shipping to customers who make their first purchase with an order amount of $30 or more, and will also provide free shipping to repeat customers who spend $30 or more in the same store.
In order to enhance customers' shopping experience, this free shipping reward will only be awarded to orders placed by sellers with good logistics performance.
