Shopee Malaysia Reiterates Commitment to On-Time Delivery

According to Malaysian media reports, Shopee has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with several logistics providers to enhance service excellence for sellers and consumers.
The move reaffirms the company’s “On-Time Guarantee” program, which aims to ensure timely delivery and thus improve customer satisfaction.
The partnership with logistics companies such as BEST Inc Malaysia, City-Link Express, Flash Express, GDEX, Ninja Van Malaysia and SPX Express marks a major step in the country’s efforts to strengthen express delivery services, improving the overall user experience through more reliable, efficient and timely delivery.
Malaysia’s e-commerce market is expected to grow 12.8% this year to US$11 billion, and this partnership highlights Shopee’s role as a growth driver in the sector.
In 2023, the market is expected to grow 15% to US$9.8 billion, reflecting consumers’ increasing preference for online shopping and huge potential for continued expansion.
