How to Apply for Shopee SPX Express?
SPX Express is one of the Shopee Supported Logistics which will enable you to enjoy fast, smooth, and reliable logistics services to deliver products to your buyers.
Currently, SPX Express is applicable for deliveries up to 30kg (actual or volumetric weight, whichever higher) in West Malaysia (WM) and East Malaysia (EM) via Sea/Air Shipping.
If you are interested in having SPX Express enabled as part of your shipping options, you can submit a change request form.
1. Access Your Shopee Seller Dashboard:
Log into your Shopee seller account and navigate to the logistics services section. Look for the SPX Express option, which is clearly highlighted for ease of access.

2. Complete the Registration Form:
Fill in the required details such as your business information, contact details, and any additional documentation as prompted. Ensure that all the information is accurate to avoid delays in processing.
3. Verification and Confirmation:
Once you submit your application, the Shopee SPX Express team will review your details. Upon verification, you’ll receive a confirmation notification, along with further instructions on how to start scheduling shipments.

What is the Delivery Time of SPX Express?
SPX Express delivers from Monday to Saturday (from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM). You can easily keep track of your shipment or your order directly in the app.

How to Manage SPX Express Service Dropp off ?
1. What are SPX Express Service Points?
SPX Express Service Points give sellers greater convenience as they can now drop off their SPX parcels easily at the nearest Service Points.
2. What is the drop-off process for SPX Express?
You can drop off your parcels at any SPX Express drop-off service points. Upon your arrival at an SPX Express service point, the drop-off personnel will scan the label or manually enter the tracking number to verify the data submitted by Shopee to ensure that it is a valid SPX Express shipment.
Parcels will not be accepted at the service point if:
- There are no printed labels
- There is more than 1 set of label
- The label is damaged

3. What should I do before dropping off a parcel at a SPX Express Service Point?
Before dropping off a SPX Express parcel, ensure that your parcel:
(1). Has a clearly printed Air Waybill (AWB)
SPX Express Service Points will not accept any parcels without AWB. SPX Express will also not be liable for any lost parcels without AWB. Please refer to AWB Guide for more information.
(2). Does not exceed the maximum weight and height dimensions
Please refer to the table below to determine the size of your parcel. Parcel sizes will affect drop-off eligibility at various drop-off points.

For small SPX Express drop-off parcels, the maximum parcel weight is 5kg and the total dimensions (length + width + height) should not exceed 80cm.
For large SPX Express drop-off parcels, the maximum weight is 30kg and the total dimensions (length + width + height) should not exceed 300cm, with no single side over 150cm. SPX Express Service Points have the right to reject any parcels that do not meet these requirements.
