You can check the return orders under BigSeller Return Manage

Before Signing: Orders rejected by the buyer or the courier could not contact the buyer.
After Signing: Orders that the buyer applies for return after signing.
 

Steps: Click Orders > Return Manage > click Before Signing or After Signing
