When the orders will be moved to Out Of Stock list?

If you enabled the Inventory feature, BigSeller will auto check if the mapped merchant SKU is in stock when the orders are synced to BigSeller. If it is out of stock, the orders will be moved to Out Of Stock list.


How to process the orders in Out of Stock list?

Step 1: Add a stock-in list to increase stock.


Step 2: Back to Out of stock list and click Refresh Inventory button, BigSeller will move the order to To Pack list if the stock is enough.
