You can add products to marketplaces on Draft, Publishing, Failed and Active

Support: Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia

STEP 1:

Go to Products >  Click on Add Product
 

STEP 2:

Edit the information and click on Save & Publish

Note:

You can save to draft first if you have not filled out all information or do not want to publish to the marketplace immediately.
