Compensation for the lowest price! TikTok Shop Malaysia launches the "Lowest Price Guarantee" label

TikTok Shop Malaysia recently announced the launch of the "Lowest Price Guarantee" label feature, which aims to improve the price transparency and competitiveness of sellers' products and enhance consumer confidence.
According to the new feature, if a customer finds that the same product is sold at a lower price on Shopee or Lazada after purchasing a product with this label, the platform will compensate the buyer with a coupon of up to RM75, which will be valid for 30 days.
The "Lowest Price Guarantee" label will be clearly displayed on the product details page, order page and order summary page to ensure that buyers can intuitively understand the price advantage of the product during the shopping process.
However, this label is only available to selected sellers during specific TikTok Shop promotions, such as the "11.11" promotion, and the compensation plan is only valid during the event period.
Buyers have the right to apply for compensation if the following conditions are met: the product must be purchased during the TikTok Shop promotion period, and the same product is found at a lower price on other e-commerce platforms (excluding special promotions such as coupons, cash rebates, etc.). Buyers must submit a compensation request within 6 days after the product is delivered, and can submit up to 3 claims per month, and each claim is limited to a single product.
