According to the seller, the third-party warehouse of Shopee Philippines was sealed by the local authorities. The email received by the seller shows that the warehouse in PH 3PF WH Pulilan, Philippines was sealed by the local authorities. The notice mentioned that the warehouse was initially expected to be sealed for 5-7 natural days, and provided the specific warehouse address: B Richfield Industrial Complex, Esguerra St, Brgy. Inaon, Pulilan Bulacan.

According to people familiar with the matter, a total of 19 warehouses in the entire RIS 6 park were inspected, especially those "gray-cleared" warehouses that stored ordinary goods but lacked formal receipt records became the focus of the review.

Faced with this situation, Shopee quickly launched the SBD (shipping date) extension plan, promising to work closely with the local team in the Philippines to provide necessary support for all affected orders.

It is worth noting that for orders at risk, the platform will extend the DTS (delivery time service) to next Monday (November 4), and re-evaluate whether it needs to be further extended on that date. This measure is intended to reduce the pressure faced by sellers due to the closure of warehouses and ensure that customer experience is not affected.
