Shopee topped the list of Thailand's top 50 consumer brands in 2024, ranking first with a score of 78.35. More and more Thai consumers use the platform to buy all kinds of daily necessities, including food, clothes and electronic products.
Shopee received high scores in terms of awareness, purchase frequency, purchase experience and customer service. Among all the brands on the list, Shopee received the highest customer experience score (83.1%) and the best brand score (78.4%).
